When I learned I would be a grandfather for the first time, my reaction was, "Me? C'mon, I'm not old enough for that." But after checking my pill container and the rings around my trunk, I gradually accepted it. But when I went to my local bookstore, I was stunned to find that there were no "How To" books for grandpas like me - young-looking, handsome, vibrant...and deluded.

So I had no choice but to write one. Grandpa Rules offers my observations and advice on the wonderful world of grandfathering. I've discovered some universal rules that apply to grandfathers everywhere and of all ages.
